Ben's Mustard Potato Salad

Ingredients:

10 Nice Potatoes

3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
2 T celery seed
1/2 Cup Ben's Sweet & Hot Mustard
1 1/2 Cups Miracle Whip
1 onion chopped fine
2 Cup celery chopped fine

1/2 Cup Relish

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Boil potatoes with skins on until tender and firm but not falling apart. Rinse in cold water and peel and cube. 

Mix the eggs, sugar, and vinegar in a saucepan until thick.  Then add to this mixture the following:

Celery seed, Ben’s Mustard, Miracle Whip, onion chopped fine, celery chopped fine, Relish. Then salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well and pour over potatoes and mix until potatoes are covered. (Leave some potatoes out to make sure you have enough dressing to cover well, then add and stir.)
