Ben's, Bratwurst & Sauerkraut

On an outdoor grill or an oven broiler, place bratwurst on to cook.  Don't break the skin, let the heat do that.  Brats are done when the skin starts to crack.

Put canned or bagged sauerkraut on the stove top to warm up.  Medium heat usually does the job.

Place Bratwurst on a hot dog bun.  Add sauerkraut very liberally and then, with equal abandon, apply the Ben's Mustard.

Ben's & Burgers

Make up burger patties at about 1/2 pound each and place on an outdoor grill or an oven broiler.  Coat burgers with Worcestershire Sauce.  Make sure this is done early in the cooking process to allow it to seep into the burger for extra flavor.  Place a slice of the cheese of your choice on each burger.  Place burgers on large burger buns and add delicious Ben's Mustard.  Make sure you make plenty; they disappear awful fast!
